Ivorian Army chief lauds Rwanda’s recovery
The Ivory Coast army chief, Lt. Gen. Soumaïla Bakayoko, who is in the country for a five day official visit, vowed to use Rwanda’s example in post-conflict unity and reconciliation efforts in his own nation. He made these remarks after laying a wreath at the Kigali Genocide Memorial in Gisozi.
